About Us

We are a family that moved from Trinidad & Tobago to Lynchburg Virginia. We enjoy cooking Caribbean dishes; coming from a multicultural part of the world. Food is  a universal language and promotes culture in a unique way. There is always a history behind most Caribbean dishes, a story worth telling. We want to bring an important part of the Caribbean culture to this part of the world. Our cuisine is noted for tantalizing flavors, spices, and sauces.  All our dishes reflect the Caribbean cuisine in all the important ways; aroma, taste and appearance- savory, sweet, tangy, spicy. There is always a lot going on in our sandwiches and meals!
